Erie, PA (March 10, 2025) - Erie Federal Credit Union has hired Matt Feleppa to serve as a
Business Lender within their rapidly growing Member Business Lending team. Matt joins Erie
FCU with over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, most of which has been
in commercial banking.

As a Business Lender, Matt will focus on working directly with business owners and managing
business member relationships. He will work out of the credit union’s Edinboro branch serving
Erie and Crawford Counties, PA.

understanding the unique needs of local businesses make him a valuable addition,” said Nathan
Crouch, Vice President of Business Lending at Erie FCU.

Matt most recently served as a Senior Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager/Vice President
of Northwest PA Districts for Farmers National Bank. He previously worked as a Senior
Commercial Lender/VP of Northwest PA Districts for Mercer County State Bank, as well as a
Business Banking Officer/Assistant VP for PNC Bank. Matt earned his Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration from Edinboro University.

When not working or volunteering, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and doing
anything outdoors. He serves on multiple boards (President of Meadville Little Gridders Youth
Football) and he is very active with the Meadville-Western Crawford County Chamber of
Commerce. He also coaches numerous sports including middle school football and wrestling and
youth baseball.
