Our committees are the backbone of the Chamber, driving initiatives that support our members and strengthen the community. Each committee offers a unique way to get involved, collaborate with other professionals, and make an impact. Here’s a quick look at what each group does:
Board Development
Chairman: Chad Wagner, Barr’s Insurance
This committee ensures the Chamber’s governance is strong and effective. From overseeing the Board’s structure and performance to ensuring compliance with policies and laws, this group keeps everything running smoothly.
Meets: Quarterly and as needed.
Finance
Chairman: Matt McLamb, Mercer County State Bank
The Finance Committee oversees the Chamber’s financial health. From budgeting and investments to managing assets, this team keeps our financial foundation strong.
Meets: Quarterly and as needed.
Ambassadors
Chairman: Chad Wagner, Barr’s Insurance
Ambassadors are all about connecting with members! This committee focuses on member retention and expanding the Chamber’s reach by supporting membership growth and services.
Meets: Monthly, on the second Thursday.
Executive
Chairman: David Gordon, ERA Richmond Real Estate Service
Made up of the Chamber’s officers and leadership team, this committee tackles everything from finances to membership renewals and events. Their mission is to ensure Chamber standards are consistently met.
Meets: The Friday before the monthly Board meeting.
Golf
Chairman: Christa Lundy
The Golf Committee makes our Annual Golf Outings a hit! From organizing sponsorships to collecting prizes and auction items, this team ensures a fun and well-attended event for our members.
Meets: Monthly or as needed.
Leadership Meadville
Chairman: Christa Lundy
This committee runs the Leadership Meadville program, organizing everything from orientation and monthly classes to the graduation celebration. It’s all about building the next generation of leaders.

Auction
Chairman: Christa Lundy
This committee plans the Annual Chamber Auction, which is the Chamber’s largest fundraiser of the year. The Auction is held in November and meetings are held for 3 months prior

Tool City Summer Fest
Chairman: Christa Lundy
This committee plans and coordinates the annual summer event, held the first weekend of August. Meetings begin in January and are held monthly until the event.Â
