As the Host, You’re Encouraged to:
- Invite customers, vendors, friends, and the public
- Engage with the Facebook event through posts and updates
- Offer refreshments, giveaways, tours, or demonstrations (optional)
- Share your mission, services, and story

Event Timing: Ribbon and cake cuttings are typically held Monday–Thursday at 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM for optimal attendance.
