Our Mission: To identify and develop current and future leaders through a program that increases knowledge and awareness of community challenges while highlighting all that Crawford County has to offer.

Why Leadership Meadville?
Leadership Meadville is more than a program—it’s a journey of growth and discovery. Participants will:
- Gain insider access to businesses, leaders, and organizations shaping our region.
- Develop leadership skills and explore different leadership styles.
- Build lasting personal and professional relationships with class members and alumni.
- Experience exclusive opportunities, including visits to hard-to-access areas.

Program Overview
Leadership Meadville runs from September to June, with monthly classes held on the second Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The program kicks off with a mandatory full-day orientation in August.
Each session includes:
- Leadership discussions and group exercises.
- “Asset discovery” visits to local businesses and industries.
- Breakfast, lunch, and transportation.
Participants also plan and execute the Chili, Chowder & Soup Cook-Off Event, which funds future Leadership Meadville classes.

We’re looking for individuals who:
- Care deeply about the future of our community.
- Have leadership potential or want to grow as a leader.
- Are committed to staying active and involved in the region.
- Can dedicate the time and energy required for the program.
- Have the support of their employer to attend all sessions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old or have five years of professional work experience.
Program Details
- Tuition: $1,000 for Chamber members, $1,250 for non-members. Tuition covers all materials, meals, transportation, and activities. Scholarships and payment plans are available.
- Class Size: Limited to 20 participants to ensure a highly interactive experience.
- Application Deadline: Last Friday in May
